Shipping: orders are immediately sent to fulfillment after purchase and should ship within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Tracking will be provided on all orders.

Lost or stolen packages: do less co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have a missing package from do less co., please double check the shipping address on your order confirmation email. If the address is correct, please send us an email at dolesscompany@gmail.com so we can get it sorted!

Returns: we only accept exchanges or store credit, no returns. Any exchange or store credit request must be received within 14 days of the product arrival.
